It encourages us to approach our relationships with humility, forgiveness, and a willingness to persevere through the tough times.
Please read the prayers below which will provide guidance for The Knot Prayer. May God Bless You!
The Knot Prayer 1
Dear God,
Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart, and my life. Remove the have nots, the can nots, and the do nots that I have in my mind. Erase the will nots, may nots, and might nots that find a home in my heart. Release me from the could nots, would nots, and should nots that obstruct my life. Most of all dear God, I ask that you remove from my mind, my heart, and my life all the ‘am nots’ that I have allowed to hold me back, especially the thought that I am not good enough.
Amen.
The Knot Prayer 2
I believe in God,
The Father almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into Hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy, catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.
