“Then I asked, “What are these coming to do?”
He said, “These are the horns which scattered Judah, so that no man lifted up his head; but these have come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations, which lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.”” – Zechariah 1:21
When I read this verse, I envision a scene of turmoil where the people of Judah are in despair, feeling scattered and defeated by the forces against them.
**Zechariah 1:21** reminds us that God is aware of the struggles we face and that He has the power to confront the forces that seek to intimidate us. In our lives, we may feel overwhelmed by challenges that scatter our focus and joy, but this verse reassures us that God is actively working to dismantle those obstacles. As Christians, we can apply this by trusting in God’s sovereignty and seeking His strength to overcome adversities, knowing that He fights on our behalf.

Dear Lord, thank You for being my protector and for fighting the battles I cannot face alone. Help me to trust in Your power and to remain steadfast, even when challenges arise. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
