“Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.” – Numbers 15:33
When I read this verse, I am reminded of the importance of obedience to God’s commands, even in seemingly small matters.
Numbers 15:33 speaks to the consequences of disregarding God’s instructions. As Christians, we are called to be obedient to God in all areas of our lives, big or small. We should strive to follow His will faithfully and not take His commands lightly.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help us to be obedient to Your word in all things, big and small. May we have the strength and humility to follow Your commands faithfully. Guide us in our daily walk with You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
