“who, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and served him; and many other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.” – Mark 15:41
When I read this verse, I envision a group of devoted women, steadfast in their love and service, journeying alongside Jesus. Mark 15:41 reflects the dedication of those who followed Christ, highlighting the important role that women played in His ministry. Their commitment serves as a powerful reminder that true discipleship involves active service and support for one another in faith.
As Christians, we can apply this verse by recognizing the value of our service to Christ and to each other. Just as those women accompanied Jesus, we are called to support one another in our spiritual journeys, using our gifts to serve both the Church and the community around us. Let us seek opportunities to follow Christ actively, contributing to His mission with love and dedication.
