“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27
When I read this verse, I envision a calm sea after a storm. The tranquility and peace that follow are akin to the peace Jesus offers us.
John 14:27 speaks of the unique peace that Jesus gives us, a peace unlike any the world can offer. This peace calms our troubled hearts and dispels our fears, providing a deep sense of security and serenity.
As Christians, we are blessed with the peace of Christ, which sustains us through life’s storms. His peace is our anchor, keeping us grounded and unafraid.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for the peace You give us. Help us to embrace this peace and not be troubled or afraid. Let Your peace fill our hearts and guide us through every circumstance. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
