“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40:31
When I read this verse, I envision an eagle soaring high above the earth, strong and free. The eagle’s flight represents renewed strength and freedom that comes from trusting in the Lord.
Isaiah 40:31 promises that those who hope in the Lord will find their strength renewed. They will rise above their challenges, run without growing weary, and walk without fainting. This renewal comes from placing our hope and trust in God.
As Christians, we can find strength and endurance in the Lord. By hoping in Him, we are lifted up and empowered to face life’s challenges with renewed vigor.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, Thank You for renewing our strength when we hope in You. Help us to trust in Your power and to find our strength in You. Lift us up on wings like eagles, and enable us to run and walk without growing weary. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
