““Look among the nations, watch, and wonder marvelously; for I am working a work in your days, which you will not believe though it is told you.” – Habakkuk 1:5
When I read this verse, I am reminded of the awe-inspiring power and sovereignty of God, who works in ways that surpass our understanding and expectations.
“Habakkuk 1:5 speaks of God’s mysterious and marvelous works that unfold before our eyes, often in ways we cannot comprehend. As Christians, we are called to trust in God’s plan, even when it seems unbelievable or beyond our understanding. This verse encourages us to remain watchful, expectant, and faithful, knowing that God is always at work in our lives and in the world around us.”
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help us to have faith in Your divine plan, even when we struggle to comprehend the ways in which You are working in our lives. Give us the strength to trust in Your timing and purposes, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours. May we be open to Your marvelous works and ready to witness Your glory unfold in our midst. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
