“and with all deception of wickedness for those who are being lost, because they didn’t receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” – 2 Thessalonians 2:10
When I read this verse, I envision a vast light shining in the darkness, illuminating the truth for all who seek it.
2 Thessalonians 2:10 reflects the profound importance of embracing the truth and the love that comes with it. It warns us that without love for the truth, we can easily fall into deception and lose our way. As Christians, we are called not only to seek the truth for ourselves but to share it with those around us, helping others to recognize the love and salvation available in Christ.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help me to cherish and embrace the truth you have revealed to us. May I be a beacon of Your light, guiding others away from deception and toward Your love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
