“All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, another flesh of animals, another of fish, and another of birds.” – 1 Corinthians 15:39
When I read this verse, I am reminded of the incredible diversity in God’s creation, each type of flesh serving its own unique purpose within the grand tapestry of life.
1 Corinthians 15:39 reminds us that God has designed the world with a splendid variety, reflecting His creativity and wisdom. Just as different creatures have different purposes, we too are created with unique characteristics and roles in the body of Christ. This diversity should lead us to appreciate and celebrate our differences, using our distinct gifts to serve one another and build up the community of believers.

Dear Lord, thank You for the beautiful diversity in Your creation and for the unique gifts You’ve given each of us. Help us to embrace our differences and use them to glorify You and serve one another in love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
