Daily Devotional – 1 Corinthians 6:15 – July 21, 2026

“Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!” – 1 Corinthians 6:15

When I read this verse, I picture a beautiful tapestry, each thread representing a member of Christ woven into a unified body.

1 Corinthians 6:15 reminds us of the sacredness of our bodies and the profound connection we have with Christ. We are called to honor this connection, recognizing that our actions reflect our identity in Him. As Christians, we can apply this truth by making intentional choices that uphold the integrity of our bodies and souls, avoiding situations that could lead us away from our commitment to Christ.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, help me to remember the sacredness of my body as a member of Your body. Guide my actions and decisions, that they may reflect my love and commitment to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
