Daily Devotional – 1 Corinthians 10:27 – December 30, 2025

“But if one of those who don’t believe invites you to a meal, and you are inclined to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for the sake of conscience.” – 1 Corinthians 10:27

When I read this verse, I imagine sitting at a table with friends, sharing a meal, and embracing the warmth of fellowship, regardless of our differing beliefs.

**1 Corinthians 10:27** reminds us that we can engage with those who do not share our faith in a spirit of openness and acceptance. This verse teaches us that our faith should not isolate us from others but rather allow us to connect and build relationships, even in diverse settings. Christians can apply this by being willing to share meals and experiences with non-believers, focusing on love and connection rather than differences, and trusting that our actions can reflect Christ’s love to those around us.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, help me to be open and welcoming to those who do not know You. May my actions and conversations reflect Your love and grace, drawing others closer to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
