“This is what Yahweh of Armies says: “Consider your ways.” – Haggai 1:7
When I read this verse, I picture a wise mentor guiding me to pause and reflect on my choices, encouraging me to take stock of my life’s direction.
Haggai 1:7 reminds us of the importance of self-examination and reflection in our spiritual journey. God calls us to consider our ways, prompting us to evaluate our priorities, our actions, and our relationship with Him. As Christians, we can apply this verse by regularly setting aside time for introspection, asking ourselves if our daily lives align with God’s purpose and if we are investing our time and resources in what truly matters in His kingdom.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, help me to take the time to consider my ways and align my actions with Your will. Grant me wisdom and clarity as I seek to live a life that honors You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
